A full refund is given when items are purchased for full price. Items that are purchased during a store sale or under a promotional code will not given a refund, however customers will be given a store credit.
For items that are returned tags need to be still attached and no sign of wear and/or tear on the clothing.
A refund or store credit will be given once the items are returned and are deemed in new condition as when shipped to customer. A refund can take up to 2 to 3 business days to process between accounts.
